1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kipa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Kipa is a link organizer and saver application that allows users to save, organize, and manage web links and notes. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Kipa Pro is available as a subscription service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you save or create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kipa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kipa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
